21 - 40 Guests (Willow or Patio)

41-60 Guests (Manzanita or Fir)

• Package A: $299
• Package B: $390

61-125 Guests (Manzanita or Fir)

Prices are set for a total of 2.5-hour use of the room including set up and clearn up.

$50 non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made 5 business days prior to the scheduled event to receive a refund, minus deposit.

Party packages are available for private rental only.

Additional Hourly Fee

• $74/hour for Cedar, Patio, Willow Room
• $120/hour for Manzanita or Fir Room

After-hours Staffing Fee

• $45.90/hour for 2 staff

Rental Support

• A party host will decorate and set up the room, maintain coffee station, clean up after the 90-minute party time.
• A party consultant could give you suggestions on local florists or catering options.

Additional information

• AV equipment (TV monitor with HDMI cable), Cornhole game, Bingo/Loteria, Trivia are available for free of charge upong advance request.
• No shaker, confetti, or candles allowed in facility.
