503-629-6312 A recreational swim team with a focus on stroke refinement, building
endurance, and sportsmanship. Participants must be between the
TriMet Bus Routes #52, #76, #78 ages of 5 and 17 and be able to swim 25 yards of crawl stroke and
25 yards of backstroke. While not required to compete, swim meets

Water Fitness Programs

Dig Deep: Participants wear flotation belts for a zero impact,
Beaverton Swim Center features: moderate intensity workout in the deep end of the pool. It is not
necessary to be an avid swimmer to participate; but it is helpful for
