Adaptive Teen Water Days
Teen Water Days is a fun, inclusive program for teens of all abilities.
Participants can cool off, enjoy water games, stay active, and connect
with friends in a welcoming environment. Pick-up and drop-off are at
Garden Home Recreation Center, 7475 SW Oleson Rd, Portland, OR
97223.

Adaptive STRONG
Explore different types of fitness in a fun and supportive environment this
summer! Join THPRD Fitness as you try out new ways to move your body
with Zumba, Weight Training, Yoga, and more. This class is designed
specifically for those with disabilities.
