Adaptive Aquatics is a program providing one on one swimming
lessons for people of any age over 3 who experience disability.
We offer lessons to people who experience cognitive disabilities,
physical disabilities, anxieties, behavioral challenges, or sensory Competitive Swimming
differences. Since the lessons are individualized, we can tailor
them to the specific needs of the swimmer. We allow for non- Shoulder Stability Clinic
